The maps do shed some light on the local political scene.
The critical issues that reamin and need to be explored
are an examination of just who it is that votes
and why non-voters don't vote.
A chart of Eau Claire area wards showing the
turnout would be very valuable.
I suspect there is an age related factor involved as well as
income etc.
